Ian and Vanessa were an absolute joy from start to finish. From the moment we left, we felt completely at ease knowing our pets were being cared for with such kindness, patience and genuine affection. They kept us beautifully updated with thoughtful messages and lovely photos, which meant we could truly relax and enjoy our time away without a single worry.
What really stood out was how much our animals adored them – it was clear they felt safe, loved and entirely at home in their care. We returned to happy, contented pets and a calm, well-looked-after home, feeling properly rested and grateful. Ian and Vanessa are rare finds: warm, reliable and utterly wonderful with animals.
